It works with a rotary type bit, however, if desired, it is possible to connect an auger unit. At auger drilling is used for not very large depths - 30-50 metres, the maximum depth of structural prospecting wells drilled by such a unit - 300-350 metres, geophysical wells with flushing 100 metres, and geophysical wells with blowing 30-50m.
