Lantern lighting LED "Ekoton-2" is a lighting device in which instead of traditional incandescent lamps used light-emitting diodes of white light emission. The lantern is designed for long continuous operation at low ambient temperatures (up to minus 450 C).
Distinctive features of the lantern are low power consumption, exceptionally high uptime of the lantern (at least 50 thousand hours) and a wide spectrum of radiation (almost 90% of the solar spectrum).The lantern consists of a hand-held rotating headlamp and a portable battery power supply unit, connected by a spiral cord with a length of 2.5 m in the stretched state. In the headlamp is installed LED module with 12 light-emitting diodes and electronic control board, which provides protection of the battery pack from short circuits and polarity reversal, as well as protection from deep discharge.
