The scrambler is designed for scrambling of DVB transport stream on TV and radio networks broadcasting all-Russian and commercial programmes.
The scrambler is compatible with DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-C, DVB-T, DVB-T2 broadcasting standards (EN 300 421; EN 302 307; EN 300 429; EN 300 744; DVB BlueBook A136).
Supports work with transport streams, components of which are encoded in accordance with MPEG-2 and H.264 (AVC) compression standards in standard definition and high definition (SD/HD).
The encryption algorithm is developed in accordance with GOST 28147-89.
The scrambler is controlled by the control software via a remote network.
With the help of software it is possible to control several scramblers from one point. When remote control is switched off, the scrambler (scramblers) continue to operate according to the previously entered settings (including the settings are saved when the power is switched on again).
The scrambler provides operation with CAM-HC conditional access modules.
