Clean room - high-tech equipment, for equipping the premises of medical organisations of clean A and B class according to the normative documentation. In clean rooms the countable concentration of aerosol particles (including pathogens) is controlled and the inflow, generation and accumulation of particles inside the room are minimised, temperature, humidity and air pressure are controlled.
A clean room is a closed circuit of functionally united enclosing structures and a system of centralised control and management of engineering and technological equipment, including telemedicine.
