Oxygen inhaler CADUCEUS - is a functional mobile system designed for oxygen therapy in medical and preventive institutions, at home on the recommendation of a doctor, as well as when transporting patients in emergency vehicles.
The set includes: medical oxygen cylinder, pressure reducer BKO-50 with quick coupler DIN 13260-2, oxygen humidifier, adult and child oxygen masks, nasal cannulas, a case for easy storage and movement of the system.
The CADUCEUS oxygen inhaler is designed for long-term and repeated use, thanks to the refillable cylinders made of seamless carbon steel.
The oxygen pressure at the cylinder outlet is regulated by the ergonomic handle of the CADUCEUS BKO-50 oxygen reducer with DIN 13260-2 quick coupling, which maintains the pressure of the gas mixture coming from the cylinder at a constant level, and the convenience of visual control is provided by two pressure gauges. Necessary degree of humidity with the possibility to monitor oxygen consumption is provided by the included medical oxygen humidifier with a flow meter, and the presence in the set of children's and adult oxygen masks, made taking into account the anatomical structure of the face, and cannula allow to use this set for different categories of patients.
CADUCEUS oxygen inhaler can be supplied with an oxygen humidifier with a heating unit, which provides not only the required humidity, but also maintains the required temperature of the supplied breathing mixture.
