Analyser "CoaTest-Auto" is designed to determine the clotting time of blood plasma samples prepared by methods of coagulometric analysis, for the study of blood plasma samples with microlatexagglutination, for the study of blood plasma samples with the addition of chromogenic substrate; to calculate on their basis the necessary parameters: INR, fibrinogen content in the sample in g/l, activity of factors VIII and IX in %, Antithrombin III in %, D-dimer content in the sample in mg/µl. The principle of operation is based on registration of changes in the digital code coming from the measuring cell.
The analyser has 5 measurement channels, cooled thermostat for samples, control materials and reagents, sampling dispenser with heated needle, 2 positions for emergency samples. Productivity (when measuring control plasma Norma and incubation time 60 sec), not less than 120 tests of SP per hour.
The volume of the analysed sample when measuring by clotting and chromogenic methods - 50 µl, the amount of D-dimer - 10 µl.
