The electric universal frying pan of the ESC type is designed for frying food by the main method, vegetable pasting, stewing, as well as seasoning of meat, fish and vegetable products at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines. The frying pan is not intended for continuous (in-line) cooking of products.
