The basic principle of operation of the ultradispersive nozzle is based on two-stage atomisation of water under the action of compressed air
Advantages:
1.Possibility to obtain very low values of relative size of water droplet (from 1-50 microns, depending on the task) with a small spread in the diameter of droplets (1-3 microns), which allows to form a clear even flow of finely dispersed mist with high density.
2.Due to pressure differences on the resonating nozzle eliminates the danger of accumulation of dirt and foreign particles near the nozzle outlet, thus eliminating interruptions in operation.
3.Atomised water particles sprayed by the UDS nozzle system do not freeze up to -20C.
