ARTA NANO series machines are characterised by the highest precision of mechanisms, drives and control system, rigidity of construction and thermal stability for application in the most demanding areas of electrical discharge machining of materials.
The ARTA 122 NANO complex is specially designed to solve the tasks of precision machining with both standard (diameter 0.10-0.30 mm) and special ultra-fine electrode wires (diameter from 0.01mm = 10 µm). Provides obtaining of minimum width of the cut groove less than 20 microns. It is used in production of microwave microdetails, elements of nanotechnology devices, high precision products.
The basic configuration of the machine includes CNC system of the latest generation, high-performance energy-efficient generator with energy recovery, hydraulic unit with refrigerator-thermostat, precision axis tracking system.
