The tripod can be used in two configurations:

-as a cantilevered rescue system.
When used as an independent device tripod is an anchoring device type B - a component of the safety system to ensure safety working at height, as well as a component of the rescue and evacuation system when used in conjunction with rescue lifting devices - winches.
When used as a cantilever rescue system, the tripod complete with an additional section is an anchoring device type E - a component of the safety system for work at height and a component of the rescue and evacuation system when used in conjunction with rescue hoists - winches. Used with a vehicle / plates as a counterweight.
