The complexes of hardware-software photo-video fixation of traffic violations "Photofinish-01" are designed to measure the current time synchronised with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU).
The principle of operation of the complex is based on automatic synchronisation of its time scale with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU), reception and processing of signals of space navigation systems GLONASS/GPS with the help of navigation receiver included in the complex, and recording of the current moment of time in stored photo-video frames received by the complex.
Functionally the complex consists of:
-module for measuring time intervals with a GLONASS/GPS receiver installed;
-kit of recognising and review cameras;
-means of video signal switching;
-server of photofixation with pre-installed software (software) "Angel: Photofinish", protected by an electronic key, placed in a climatic cabinet, equipped with a climate control system....
