It is used for protection of the flowing part of steam turbine against reverse flow of water vapour with possibility of flow regulation. Regulation is provided by a disc butterfly valve driven by an electromechanical actuator. The actuator utilises the principle of combining in one mechanism the functions of relatively slow-acting precise automatic or manual gate control by means of a MEOF actuator and the function of fast-acting emergency gate control by means of an oil-free spring actuator.
Place of installation: pipelines of production steam extraction.
Installation requirements: BZK is designed for installation in closed premises with ambient temperature up to +50 °C on horizontal sections of pipelines in position with actuator upwards. Connection to the pipeline: under welding. Climatic design: UHL according to GOST 15150-69. Placement category: 4 according to GOST 15150-69.
