Parojet thermocompressor is designed to create a deep vacuum in the vacuum cooler (crystalliser) and thereby reduce the temperature of the product by injecting fresh steam from the boiler through nozzles at dairies and canneries, in various segments of the food industry, for example, for such products as purees, juices, milk and so on. The housing is a vessel with conical elements made of corrosion-resistant AISI 304 L steel. The thermocompressor is equipped with the necessary technological connections and spigots, according to the customer's specifications
