Designed for road patrol service, to control traffic in urban and rural areas. It is equipped with satellite navigation and monitoring system, and hardware audio-video complex and video recorder.
An additional battery is installed in the luggage compartment for power supply. There is a radio preparation for installation of a radio station. The car is equipped with a light-signalling loud-speaking installation, has a colour scheme and identifying inscriptions.
It combines the reliability of the base vehicle LADA 219 and has improved ergonomics for the work of traffic police officers.
