The SmartScan IntelliMax Trio integrated inspection complex is designed to detect items prohibited for unauthorised carry-on concealed under people's clothing or in their hand luggage, and to carry out inspection of three categories of dangerous items at once:-metal-containing items prohibited for unauthorised carrying, including firearms (hereinafter generalised - metal-containing items);-radioactive substances and other sources of ionising radiation (hereinafter generalised - RW);-traces of chemical substances (hereinafter generalised - CW) at transport infrastructure facilities, mass gatherings of people and security checkpoints in order to protect these facilities from criminal encroachments.
