The oven with a rotating trolley with combined control (programme and semi-automatic) is designed for baking a full range of bakery products, including any confectionery products (cakes, pastries, gingerbread, etc.), at enterprises of trade, public catering.
The oven is used by trade, catering, small enterprises and bakery industry.
The furnace is operated in premises with ambient air temperature from +10°C to +35°C at relative humidity not more than 80%, UHL 4.2 GOST 15150-69.
