A software and hardware complex (PAC) designed to determine the proximity of the boom of a hoisting machine (HSM) to power lines (PL), process the state of the discrete input and generate a control signal for the parking lamp and/or headlight of the HSM. Their hardware contains a microcontroller and an antenna for measuring the electromagnetic field strength of overhead AC power lines with a frequency of 50 Hz.
The microcontroller performs automatic processing of data coming from the antenna, including their analogue-digital conversion and filtering, calculation of electric field strength, conversion of calculated values of field strength into digital code.
