Designed for the production of caps on plaster
model by the method of hot moulding under pressure.
Features:
injection moulding of plastic single and multilayer mouthguards from plates up to 5 mm thick, also sports mouthguards;
use of any models: without plastering, plastered from the occluder, plastered on the articulator plate;
programmable heating time and pressing time;
manual pressure adjustment;
reflector in the chamber for even heating of transparent plates;
aluminium overlay in the model housing to compensate for height differences between the model and the workpiece;
the pad accelerates the cooling of the workpiece - reduces the probability of bursting;
a source of compressed air up to 6 bar is required for operation.
