Trailer-machine for patching repair R-310M. Technological equipment of the machine is mounted on a semi-trailer transported by tractors MTZ-1221, LTZ-155, T-150K, MTZ 82.1/82.2 It is designed for rational and qualitative repair of road surfaces by pneumatic spraying with the help of crushed stone of different fractions and bitumen emulsion.
The machine has a water system for qualitative preparation of the repaired area and for wetting of the supplied crushed stone in order to ensure qualitative connection of emulsion with crushed stone. The hopper has two compartments (with feeding augers), which allows the use of different fractions of crushed stone.
Autonomous system of emulsion heating (using diesel fuel), which is important when working in cold weather. Absence of a dump truck in the machine allows to carry out works under trolleybus power lines, bridges and overpasses.
