Planetary gearmotors of MR series are designed for continuous operation in accordance with GOST
183-74 as drives of various apparatuses of the chemical industry, designed for a
long-term operation (not less than 40000 hours) under the following conditions:
continuous non-reversible or reversible operation mode with periodic stops;
load - constant and alternating, single direction and reversible.
rotation of the slow-speed valve in any direction without preference;
ambient temperature from -400C to +400C;
environment - non-aggressive with the content of non-conductive dust up to 10 mg/m3 and relative humidity up to 80 per cent at temperature +80 per cent.
humidity up to 80 % at temperature +200C - for gearmotors with enclosed blown
electric motors;
Depending on the number of planetary gear stages, gearmotors are subdivided into
single-stage-MP1, two-stage-MP2, three-stage-MP3 and have the following design:
