AvestPlast oil skimmer is designed for cleaning water (sewage, rain, melt and technical) from areas, such as car parks or petrol stations, where there is a high probability of contamination by petroleum products. The treatment system with the help of oil separators is flow-through, respectively, free oils and medium stable emulsions are mechanically separated through the catchers from other substances in the process of wastewater passage. It is important to choose oil-oil separator competently according to its capacity, as it depends on the volume of wastewater contaminated with oil products.
The flotation method is used to clean wastewater in the oil/oil separator. Special coalescent modules contribute to the passage and acceleration of this process. The oil separator can be part of treatment facilities, as well as used as an independent system of treatment of oily wastewater.
