The PC-UPR monitoring device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is designed to work as a portable device providing control of signal parameters in the UPR loop by non-contact method directly on the railway track. The device is not a standardised measuring instrument and is intended for operation in tunnels at metro stations. The device is intended to replace the device PC UPR 140.00.000.00, which is in operation in the metro.
