Designed for rapid mixing/massaging (within a few minutes) with spices, marinades or brines of various products from: meat, poultry, fish, minced meat, seafood, salads, vegetables, cheese, pasta and other products. It works on the basis of 200 litre DIN 9797 process tank (ET-200).
