The vandal-proof metal elbow dispenser HR-D-030 (hereinafter - dispenser) is a device, including household, non-medical purpose for treatment of hands with disinfectants, antiseptics or liquid soap (hereinafter - liquids) in order to prevent the spread of viral infections.The dispenser is designed for installation at the entrance groups, in the food sector, in office premises at production plants, as well as in medical and educational institutions, in places where people congregate and eat at different levels of food. The dispenser is operated by pressing the lever with the elbow of the hand.
