Flow meters are designed to measure the flow rate of distilled water and high purity water in
pipelines. The principle of operation of flow meters is based on the measurement of time intervals between ultrasonic vibrations (pulses) directed alternately along the flow and against it. Calculation of volumetric flow rate is based on the difference between the time intervals of the oscillations travelling along and against the liquid flow. The flowmeters have three independent measurement channels with four galvanically isolated outputs in each measurement channel.
