Hobbing equipment for bevelled wheels with straight tooth.
Machines are designed for roughing and finishing of straight bevel wheels. Processing is carried out by the method of rolling or plunging, as well as a combined method of hobbing with hobbing cutters.
The main features of the machines in achieving high quality characteristics are:
-Techniques of finishing of basic surfaces of machine tools to the necessary class of norms of geometrical accuracy are applied;
-The new drives of the main motion of the tool spindle and workpiece rotation with the shortest possible kinematic chain are installed;
-Kinematic error of end links (worm gears and hypoid pairs) is monitored with subsequent compensation of revealed errors, kinematic error is detected by a kinematometer manufactured in accordance with copyright certificate No. 1015245 dated 22 May 1981;
