PGM BZO-RTVC, is designed to deliver to the population warning signals and emergency information about the dangers arising from the threat or occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies, as well as in the conduct of hostilities or as a consequence of these actions, about the rules of conduct of the population and the need to take measures to protect, over the communication networks of television broadcasting, through television transmitting stations of telecommunications operators and television broadcasting organisations with interruption of broadcasting programmes (switching the switchboard).
The product provides:
1.Video signal output from the internal storage device on command from the control point (PU);
2.Switching of video signal sources by issuing commands to the external switchboard;
3.Continuous self-diagnostics with output of diagnostic information to the control panel.
The product operates under the control of free software based on free software.
