The electric convection cookers of the PCA type are designed for cooking foodstuffs in five different modes:
- convection (dry heating up to 270°C);
- convection + steam (up to 250°C);
- steam (30-100°C)
- heating with steam (up to 160°C).
- low-temperature steam (up to 98°C)
Internal and facing surfaces of combi steamers are made of high quality stainless steel.
It has additional functions:
- three-channel probe
- humidity regulation system (regulation from 0 to 100%)
- 5 fan speeds
- built-in cooling system for water discharged into the sewerage system
- recording of cooking programmes
- automatic washing (with liquid detergent and with tablets)
- fan reversal for even cooking
