The tipper semi-trailer is designed for transporting bulk construction, industrial and agricultural cargoes (grain carrier). The platform is metal tipper of oval cross-section with backward unloading or rectangular cross-section with hydraulic body lifting mechanism. Hydraulic tipping mechanism with pneumatic control from the cab. Coupling pin 2/3,5 inch, JOST/GF support device with two-speed drive. Trailer suspension is leaf spring/pneumatic. Can be single or double wishbone.
Braking system:
- working: with pneumatic pneumatic actuator, made by two-line system with ABS/EBS WABCO
- parking: spring energy accumulators
- handbrake
Frame:
- Welded, with two spars made of I-beams of variable cross-section.
- Semitrailer body is made of steel with 2-6 mm thick sides and 3-8 mm thick floor planking.
The superstructure can be additionally equipped with a dispenser for batch unloading.
