Growing products with diameter up to 600mm, height up to 400mm, weight up to 100kg. Continuous powder feeding with controlled mass flow rate, error not more than +/- 0.3 g/min. Laser head with adjustable spot size provides high process stability. The roll width can be set in the range from 1 to 2.5 mm.
A set of interchangeable powder nozzles providing a CMM of 60-80%. Processing with "horizontal beam" is possible. Built on the basis of a fibre laser with maximum power up to 1.5 kW, which ensures absence of macro-defects at production rates up to 0.4 kg/h (on alloys with density ~8 g/cm3). Hermetically sealed cabin with protective argon atmosphere with oxygen content not exceeding 500ppm.
