Heating cabinet SHZh (one, two, three-section) is designed for cooking different dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and baked goods at catering companies and in production shops, whose activities are associated with the release of gastronomic goods. The function of separate power regulation of the upper and lower heating elements provides a wide range of possibilities for cooking different dishes.
The device is equipped with an emergency thermostat that protects the device from overheating above 320 °C. The cabinet consists of several chambers mounted on a stand with adjustable supports.
The front part of the device is made of stainless steel. The form-factor is fulfilled according to the customer's requirements.
