Reagent Tris-HCl buffer is a transparent colourless liquid, the concentration of sodium ions in which after preparation of the working solution is in the range of 98 - 102 mmol/litre, and pH - in the range of 7.35 - 7.45. Kit composition: Tris-HCl buffer concentrated (5 ml/fl.) - 6 vials.
