The KLUB-U device is designed to ensure the safety of locomotives and motor-car rolling stock, to prevent accidents and pre-emergency situations in the movement of trains by forced braking and stopping the train.KLUB-U is used - on all types of locomotives and MVPS, including high-speed railway sections with autonomous and electric DC and AC traction, equipped with automatic locomotive signalling (ALSN), multi-digit automatic locomotive signalling (ALS-EN), automatic brake control system (ABS-EN) - on railway sections equipped with a system of coordinate regulation of train movement on the basis of digital radio channel (RC). The peculiarity of KLUB-U is the provision of an emergency stop of the train on the order of the station duty officer or train dispatcher, regardless of the driver's actions.
