PAC KCPS is designed to implement subsystems of control and telemechanics, relay protection and emergency automation, registration of emergency events, fault location, metering of electrical energy, quality control of electrical energy, transient monitoring.
Must:
Perform reception and processing of SV Type 9-2LE streams with an intensity of up to 4000 packets per second for protection purposes and with an intensity of up to 2400 packets per second for metering purposes.
Ensure the formation and issuing of GOOSE messages.
Provide data reception and transmission in IEC 61850-8-1 formats.
Provide information exchange via four channels of Ethernet standard (IEEE 802.3):
-two channels for connection to the station bus using the PRP protocol (IEC 62439-3);
- Two channels for process bus connection using the PRP protocol.
Support the PTP protocol client profile (IEC 61850-9-3) and RFC 5905 NTPv4 (SNTPv4) protocol client functions..
