The child has a distinctive "dementia face" with wider eye spacing, smaller eye slits, raised outer corners of the eyes, obvious inner spots, flattened nose bridge, elongated mouth, congenital multiple deformities, flat back of the head, webbed neck, the hands are penetrating, the second segment of the little finger is missing, and the two feet are "straw shoes" (the distance between the first and second toes is widened).Male infants have cryptorchidism.
