The line is designed for chemical and electrochemical treatment of parts on hangers and in bulk in drums. The line consists of baths, transport system, which allows to move hangers and drums with parts according to the set programme, line control system.
Line control allows to fully automate the technological process, to control it and promptly correct any errors. Advantages of the line: possibility to process parts by different technological processes simultaneously in automatic mode, possibility to combine several electroplating coatings in one line, optimisation of preparation and loading of equipment, control and management of technological process parameters, archiving of technological process parameters.
