ALTC model "SVAROG-1 (5DR2 I)" (hereinafter referred to as the complex) is designed for laser thermal hardening, cladding, marking and welding.
Design features: the parts to be processed are located in the accumulator No.1. The auxiliary robot with pneumatic gripper takes the parts from accumulator No.1 and sets them in the working area. Then the main robot with an optical head performs laser processing of the parts. During the processing of the products, the laser processing is video-recorded. After the laser treatment is completed, an auxiliary robot with a pneumatic gripper performs hardness and depth control of the hardened layer of the products (option designed for laser hardening). The auxiliary robot with pneumatic grippers then picks up the machined part from the working area and stores it in the 2nd storage area.
