Laboratory complex "Mounting and adjustment of hydraulic drive of agricultural machinery" SGU-ST-MN-GSHM-018-12LR-01 is designed to conduct 12 laboratory works on the courses of study of hydraulic drives and obtaining skills to install hydraulic drives when mounting the attached equipment on the tractor. Simultaneously the works are carried out with the group of 2, 3 persons.
The complex allows to determine energy, load and adjustment characteristics of hydraulic drives. It is possible to change loads on the output link - the hydraulic cylinder rod.
The information-measuring system allows to determine pressures at different points of the system, flow rates (volumetrically), speeds of output links (in translational and rotational motion), time, temperature of working fluid, power at different points of the system.
The complex contains two electric motors, two hydraulic pumps, one hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder, guiding and regulating equipment.
