Characteristics:
- Soft, elastic material, feels like natural skin when palpated.
- Clear anatomical landmarks: rib arches, biceps, rectus abdominis, umbilicus, iliac crests, inguinal region.
- Palpation and percussion can be performed in the right and left lateral position.
- Abdominal puncture can be practised with the model in the supine or left side position.
- If the abdominal puncture is successfully performed, the cadet receives "serous fluid."
