الأسئلة الشائعة
•Can kiosk and panel software be localised into our language?
Yes. Interactive panels run standard operating systems, so your local applications install directly; kiosk suppliers adapt interface languages and layouts per project, including Arabic and other right-to-left scripts. Localisation scope should be fixed in the contract along with software update arrangements.
•What is included with interactive panels for a school project?
A typical education delivery includes the panel, wall mount or mobile stand, cabling, and basic whiteboard software, with teacher training materials available. For national or regional programmes, suppliers can stage deliveries by school cluster and provide installation guidelines for local contractors.
•How durable are the kiosks for unsupervised public locations?
Kiosk enclosures are welded steel with tempered or laminated touch glass, designed for unsupervised halls and street-side use. Specify indoor or outdoor placement — outdoor units add climate control and brighter screens. Locks, alarm contacts and anchoring points are standard for public installations.
•Do you support pilot orders before a large rollout?
Pilot purchases of one to five units are normal and recommended — most suppliers sell single panels or kiosks so your team can test hardware and integrate software before committing to volume. Pilot pricing is higher per unit, with the difference typically credited in the rollout negotiation.
•What are realistic delivery times for a 500-panel rollout?
Volume production of interactive panels is usually scheduled in monthly batches; a 500-unit project commonly ships over six to twelve weeks depending on the factory's pipeline. Sea freight to the Gulf or Africa adds four to six weeks; Central Asian deliveries go faster overland.
